Oani Studio is transforming the Palacete Da Rainha, a famous 19th-century palace, into three luxurious apartments totaling 1,200 m². Located near the Italian Embassy, this architectural gem features hand-painted tile facades, a grand entrance, and a private garden. The project blends historical elegance with modern luxury across two noble floors and an attic. Renovations start in November 2024, with completion expected in 2026.
